If you do not fully agree with any part of the following conditions of purchase and, if you cannot accept it as mandatory, please do not initiate the purchase process under any circumstance.

The electronic contract between the Service Provider and the Customer cannot be considered a written contract, therefore it will not be filed and will not be available later in a paper format.

By accepting the following conditions of purchase and user agreement you agree that you will transfer the total value of the ordered product(s) plus the added cost of shipping to our bank account in advance, and will accept the delivered package via MPL courier service or the postal service.
The MPL courier service delivers packages between 8 am and 5 pm on work days.

The sole operational language of our web store, used in the electronic contract, and in signing the contract and any further communication is Hungarian.
No registration is required, if you just want to browse.

If you intend to make a purchase at our web store, please register by clicking on the word “Registration”. Then log onto the system as a registered user.
While registering please give truthful and accurate information to avoid problems with invoicing or delivery.
We will send an automatically generated message via e-mail which will contain the password you specified. In this email we will send you a link, and by clicking on it you will be able to confirm your registration.
Our system will not store your password, so please ensure that you store it safely, because we are unable to replace a lost password.
Should you still lose your password, please contact us by phone, and after successful identification we will cancel your registration, as requested, and then you will be able to register again on our system with a new password.

Our company will issue you an invoice, including VAT, of the purchased products and delivery costs.
Please retain the invoice in every case, as the guarantee is only valid when accompanied by it.

The prices displayed at our web store are net prices + 27%  VAT
Should any pricing error occur at the web store, customers will be informed immediately after detection and correction of the error. The customer can once more confirm the order, failing which the Service Provider may rescind the contract.

Delivery service via the Hungarian Post Office Logistics Service (MPL) applies to the entire territory of Hungary:

up to 2 kg  HUF 1,400 + VAT
up to 5 kg  HUF 1,500 + VAT
up to10 kg  HUF 1,700 + VAT
up to 20 kg  HUF 1,900 + VAT

The cost of delivery of goods exceeding 40 kg is individually priced, which is always agreed in advance with the Customer by telephone.
If the product you ordered exceeds the prescribed dimensions and weight determined by MPL courier service, and therefore cannot be delivered as one package, we will only send it to your address in two or more packages, if we have your prior consent by telephone.

The characteristics of the purchased product can be found on the information page of the actual product. Should you have any questions concerning the product, please check with customer support by telephone prior to placing your order.

If, following the receipt of the order, we find that the ordered product has run out or is currently not in stock and cannot be obtained within a few days, we will offer you the option of replacing it with another product of similar quality, class, performance and value. If the product we suggest does not meet with your requirements, the Service Provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Payment for the goods ordered can be made in advance by bank transfer.
The customer will be informed of the order by email, containing the reference number of the order, which must be referred to when expediting the advance money transfer, the price of the product, the cost of delivery, the bank account number of the service provider and the expected delivery deadline.
The order is finalised on receipt of the money transfer.
Any order for which payment has not been received will be deleted from our system without further notice within 15 days.

Your order will become active when we confirm your order by email or by telephone. This is done within 24-48 hours following the receipt of the order – with the exception of public holidays and weekends.
The email received directly after placing the order is automatically generated for information purposes and does not constitute confirmation of the order.
We will send a notification email on the current status of the order. If you do not find this satisfactory, please contact customer support.

Please note that submitting an order constitutes a contractual disclaimer signed by the Consumer, which entails a payment obligation to ECO-CRANES HUNGARY KFT..

Please make certain that you check the integrity of the package before signing for it. Should there be any damage to the packaging, make sure to open the package in the presence of the courier, and should the product inside the package be damaged, have a record made by the MPL courier and do not accept the package.
Subsequent complaints of physical damage to the package cannot be accepted without the existence of a record.

If MPL courier service is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a telephone contact number in your letter box, with which you can arrange a new time of delivery with the courier, i.e. MPL always tries to deliver the parcel twice.
If, after two attempts, MPL is unable to deliver the package to the address specified by the Customer, it will be returned to the site of the service provider, and the customer will be billed for further shipping costs. If non-real delivery data is used, your registration will be deleted, and, if necessary, the service provider may institute proceedings for financial damage.

Our web store accepts no responsibility for late delivery.

Delivery of goods is currently only possible to a Hungarian delivery address; therefore we can only accept orders from Hungary.

In case of cancellation the consumer is required to return the ordered products to ECO-CRANES HUNGARY KFT. without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the order. The deadline is considered to have been observed if the Consumer has returned the goods (posted them or handed them over to the courier they ordered).
The direct expense of returning the goods to the Service Provider is borne by the Consumer. The Service Provider is not in the position to accept a return package sent by payment-on-delivery. No additional cost to the Consumer accrues to the cancellation other than the cost of returning the product.

Consumers will only be liable for diminished value of the product if it occurred as a result of the use of the product in excess of its character or operation essential to determine its ability to function.

The Service Provider does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by loss of data, software recovery or down time that occurred at the Consumer’s end, nor for loss of profits. The Seller assumes no responsibility either for consequent damage that occurs for any reason during the use of the product.

Furthermore, the Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Any malfunction of the internet preventing the smooth operation of the store and shopping.
  • Running out of the product displayed in the web store. Any offer of the web store is only valid while stocks last
  • Any defect in a communication device at the receiving end.
  • The loss or destruction of any document – regardless of whether it was received on paper or in an electronic format.
  • Inadequate operation of any software.
  • The results of any program error, unexpected extraordinary event, natural disaster or technical error.
